If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 28 days of receipt.
If you want to exchange you order, please also follow the steps.
Follow these steps to return your online purchase:
1. Contact us. Get in touch to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. Please include your order number and the product code of the product you would like to return. If you are a registered customer, your order number can either be found on the delivery despatch note sent in your original delivery parcel or in your order status.
2. Package your return. All individual items must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original packaging with the tags intact. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
3. Documentation. In the parcel, include your original delivery despatch note and complete the 'reason for return' code. This will enable us to process your return more efficiently.
After we receive your returned package our representative will check the package and verify order details. This may take 24hours as of the received date. Once the checking procedure passes according to our policy as listed above, we will initiate the refund immediately. You will be notified once the refund processed. Please keep in mind that the refund once left our system, it will be dependent on the bank system. We recommend you check with your card issuer on the exact progress of the refund.
