After an order is placed, we are ready to ship within 48hours. The cutoff times for processing orders is 5pm on the date of payment, after 5pm the order will be processed to ship the next business day. It is not affected the time during weekends and public holidays.
We ship to North America and most of the European countries. If you have any questions or are uncertain about the location and estimated delivery time, please contact us by the email from “contact us”.
For international orders, most orders are delivered within the specified time-frame, some destination may take longer.
We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take a further 3~7 working days.
If the order has been out of stock which seldom occur, we will notify you and arrange refund or you may change to another product.
Occasionally packages are returned to us un-deliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Please note that even though you may see a delay in actual shipment, we will still get the product to you by the promised delivery date.
If changes occur within our supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, we will update our processing times to let our clients know beforehand.
